...I bought a house.  I put an offer in yesterday, then received a counter offer and accepted it today.  I'm a home-owner!  I'm excited, thrilled, terrified, scared and exhilarated all at once!  GAH! I bought a house.

Checking my journals on both FA and DA, I'm realizing it's been a terribly long time since I updated either of them.  Somehow, people are still adding me to their watches, and I'm not sure why...I've been rather stagnant as far as "on-line social networking" goes. But I'm making the best of a sick-day to bring you some updates! One, Further Confusion 2011 was awesome.  I had a lot of fun, met a lot of awesome people, and spent an entirely unhealthy amount of time in a fursuit or drunk (though never both).  I'm already looking forward to FC2012. Two, I'm still working on school.  This is taking a lot of my "free" time as I continue to work

I don't have a whole lot to report, other than that I had a great time and made it safely from Salt Lake City to Denver and back. Thursday: met up with the other SLC furs at Denny's for breakfast.  We had breakfast, then headed out down I-15 to Route 6 to I-70 to Denver.  I love that drive, the canyons are so pretty, it's worth the extra hour every time to go through Grand Junction instead of driving over Wyoming (which is like the dark side of the moon).  Got to the hotel about 8PM and checked in.  Yay! Friday: the con schedule was a little sparse; RMFC doesn't have a lot of staffers and needs more volunteers for panels and to run events (
